COVID-19 Update – March 17

To our loyal customers,

With growing concerns around COVID-19, we at Niagara Wine & Brew would like to assure you that we are committed to your health, safety and well-being. In addition to providing our highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, our top priority has been taking extra precautionary measures to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.
Our store is open at this time and wine and beer bottling are still taking place. To ensure everyone’s safety, we are limiting and spacing bottling appointments so there is one person (or couple) in at a time as well we are leaving plenty of time in between these appointments for full sanitation and disinfecting of everything a customer potentially comes in contact with, including bottling and corking machines, taps, counters and carts.
If we have some wine currently brewing for you and you are not feeling comfortable coming in to bottle (or have been away or sick), we will be happy to hold off filtering and store your wine here for as long as necessary. Please let us know as soon as possible if this is something you would like us to do as we need to know this prior to our filtering time. If you are wanting to order some wine and have any concerns about heading out, please feel free to call us and we will be happy to help you.
Our intentions are to remain open and serve the community, but as we’ve seen, the situation has been changing very rapidly and we will let you know via e-mail and our Facebook page of any changes. Our water refill and exchange services are still running as usual.
